What to do in July in Barcelona

Hello Sharies! Summer as started, and events in Barcelona are back again after the lockdown. Find your ideal plan for July in Barcelona.

1. SountIt Plaza

On the 5th of July, SoundIt is back. The event as been adapted to the new reality. 

DJs play from the centre of Monumental so that we will be surrounded by music. Of course, there will still be fantastic food trucks.

To participate you need to book your table, maximum of 10 persons are allowed. 

2. Monumental Club D’Estiu

One of the most beloved parties in the city is back. From the 3rd of July, we can enjoy the new Monumental Club, adapted to the new reality.

Music, street food and amusement are the highlight. The event will be with us every Fridays and Saturdays, until the 1st of July. Tickets are already on sale. What are you waiting for?

3. Nits del Forum

Primavera Sounds Festival isn’t leaving us without music this summer. The solution is the new event: Le Nits del Forum.

The project is born to support the cultural sector, and it offers a transversal and heterogeneous program.

Concerts are on until September, following the security protocol. See you there!

4. Sala Montjuic – Outdoor Movies

A few months ago we won’t ever think we could enjoy outdoor movies this summer. Luckily, the situation has changed, and we can go back to the Sala Montjuic

From the 28th of June, enjoy a movie under the star sky, surrounded by the magic of the Montjuic Castle.

5. Noches Mágicas – Casa Battlo 

The charming of the concerts at the Casa Battlo terrace is back. During the whole month of July, we can enjoy again “Noches Mágicas”, a program of shows of different genres (soul, jazz, rumba, …) in the magical atmosphere of the Casa Battlo. 

Ticket includes the guide to the UNESCO building, the concert and a drink. 

6. Fes Pedralbes

Music at Pedralbes gardens doesn’t stop. Thanks to the festival Fes Pedralbels we can enjoy good vibes, astronomy and music. The program will cover the whole summer.


7. Concert at Palau de la Música Catalana

On the 1st of July, music is back at Palau de la Música Catalana. The new summer program is made by 22 concerts a guided visit to the modernist building. At the opening, Albert Guinovat will fascinate us with Chopin and
Granados’s music, along with some of his work.

8. Markets

On the 5th of July the there is the first Market all €1 after lockdown! The event has been organized by Two Markets Barcelona and Market Barcelona; it will have 40 sellers who will open us their wardrobe. Get ready!

9. Cruïlla XXS

On the 1st of July, one of the most famous festivals in the city is back. The Cruïlla is ready in an XXS version, to follow the security protocol but to keep entertaining us with its music. The program is significant, and it touches several locations in the city. Until the 2nd of August, let’s have fun!


10. Susi Sweet Dress Market

Another great news of this July 2020 is that Susi Sweet Dress Market is back. To all vintage lovers, it’s an unmissable date. The Market will be in front of the church San Félix Africano. Hygienic rules are applied.
